It’s been such a busy couple of weeks that I have not shared some exciting news! I have joined two creative teams in the past month!

I applied for Creashens Creative Team call and was so happy I was asked to join! There is something so unique and hand-crafted about Shen’s digital designs and her daughter is just so darn cute! Reminds me of a certain girl in my life.  Shen herself is one of my favorite scrappers. She layers and shadows so well and adds so much detail to her pages without being cluttered. her pages are like little vignettes or tiny pieces of art. Check out her digital gallery here.

And here’s one of my favorite pages of hers. I love how realistic her pages are. How dimensional and how artful.

And here is my first layout that I did for Creashens. The photo was taken during my brother Danny’s visit to Seattle.

And last but not least, I most recently joined the Creative Team for Sahlin Studio. Once upon a time, I got an e-mail from Krista asking me to join her team back in 2009. But I was on two site teams that were keeping me very busy. So I respectfully declined. Fast forward a couple of years. I stepped down from those teams to take a break and eventually open up Catshy Crafts. Now that I have a few sales under my belt and have the shop up and running, I was ready to revisit digi scrapping (not to mention paper scrapping). So after I got accepted to Creashens, I thought I’d ask Krista if the invite was still open for her team. And thankfully she said yes! I love her modern vintage designs. Think vintage papers, dimensional embellishments, beautiful color combinations with a modern twist!

And so, you’ll be seeing both paper and digital scrapbook pages on my blog from now on. And now that I have Catshy in my life, it will probably be a frequent topic in my layouts. My two creative worlds are colliding!
