For me, “being busy doing nothing” means mindlessly reading Facebook or Twitter feeds.
Doing nothing means checking and re-checking my e-mail (all 4 accounts!)
Doing nothing means comparing myself to other bloggers, makers and artists (for better or worse).
Better ways to do nothing?
Look out my window.
Watch the changing skies or birds flying from tree to tree.
Lie in bed or get a quick nap.
Take a deep breath and be grateful for what I have.
